Q. How does the shopping cart work?
A. Now you can combine purchases and save money on shipping and handling vs. buying items separately. Simply add items to your cart and either continue shopping until you're done, or check out. NOTE: items in the first five minutes of a weekly sale will only be available as single purchase option. Refresh your page after 5 minutes of sale for shopping cart option to become active.
Q. Can I purchase more than one deal from the same offer?
A. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Each deal is different and quantities allowed will be shown on the order form.
Q. Can I use more than one voucher at a time?
A. It depends on the offer. Usage restrictions will be listed on the order form and usually appear on the voucher itself. Visit a second time to use additional vouchers.
Q. I want to use it tonight, how can I do that?
A. If you have the voucher in hand you can use it tonight.
Q. How long will it take to get the vouchers?
A. It takes 7 - 10 days to receive the voucher.
Q. I ordered my voucher and it has not come in the mail. What do I do?

Q. Why is the charge on my card different from the 1/2 off price shown on the promotion?
A. There is a handling fee and shipping fee based on the value of the item. That fee was shown to you during check out prior to completing the purchase.
Q. I received multiple e-mail confirmations and confirmation numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order, you will receive a confirmation number.
Q. What happens if the business closes or goes out of business before I use my vouchers?
A. As a third party seller, Mid-West Family Broadcasting cannot be responsible for what happens in a business for which they sell vouchers. There are no refunds or exchanges. You are advised to use your vouchers promptly after receiving them to avoid any possible disappointment should a closing occur.
Q. What happens if the expiration date arrives before I use my vouchers?
A. We advise you to use your vouchers promptly when you receive them to avoid misplacing or forgetting about your offer. We cannot be responsible if you choose to not use your vouchers by the expiration date and no refunds can be given. **Be advised also that for services that require an appointment, waiting until the last possible moment may jeopardize your ability to use the voucher if the merchant has no open appointment times available before the expiration. Book your services early!
