For years, I have been on a journey to bring joy and balance to my own life and family as well as to the lives of others.

I have blended my education in wellness/family medicine and my natural warmth to help others tune into their own intuition and shift into heart-centered living.   I specialize in listening in appointments and by gathering women together to have fun, laugh and recover a lost piece of themselves along the way.
